This is not so much a site as it is a journey. I'm hoping you'll follow me through the back roads of my life. You will discover my passions, hobbies and the people who mean so much to me - not to mention some of the fascinating places I've seen. I was born in the Friendly City of Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. My journey took me to Steytlerville in the Karoo, Grahamstown, Cape Town, and later, Durban, on the east coast, where we spent 10 very happy years. A sequence of events found us in São Paulo, Brazil in '98. What a learning curve! Brazil may be in the same hemisphere as South Africa, but things are so very different here. My work and
passion is restoring photographs. I can spend hours lost in the stories
photos have to tell. Do take a look at some samples of my work on my
studio site. The photos and graphic
art on the site are available as prints too.
I am an enthusiastic photographer. I've been known to snap photos hanging out of a bus window.
In the safety of my home, I cringe at the thought *grin* Enjoy traveling
